Additional Training Terms and Conditions

Background

The following terms govern JungleGym Ventures Limited (JungleGym) provision of learning experience services. Committing to attend the learning experience advertised by requesting an invoice you will be agreeing to the terms set out below and our standard Terms of Trade set out here:  https://www.junglegym.ventures/terms-of-trade

In addition to reviewing this Agreement, please read our Privacy Policy www.junglegym.ventures/junglegym-ventures-privacy/. This Agreement may be modified from time to time, this page displays the last revision date.
 

Terms 

1. Payments

The registration to a JungleGym learning experience is binding. As a registrant, you are personally responsible for the fees for the course (local GST may apply).

We will send you an invoice for the fees with any company or personal details you provide.

10% of the course fee is a registration fee and is non-refundable.

The seat is not guaranteed until the course fee is paid.

The fee must be paid in full no later than 14 days after the invoice date or 4 weeks before the start of the course (whichever is sooner).

If you are unable to attend, another person can take your seat at no extra cost.

JungleGym uses the 3rd party service solution Stripe for secure online credit card payments. As third party service, Stripe ensures the security of the payment solution. Please refer to Stripe (https://stripe.com/nz/checkout/legal) to read more about their services specifically.


2. Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration, the following terms apply:

Between 4 and 3 weeks before the course start – 50% of the total fee will be charged
Less than 3 weeks before the course start – 100% of the total fee will be charged. 
 

3. Cancellation by JungleGym

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment up to 20 business days before the course starts. Keep this in mind when making travel plans as we are not liable for any cost beyond the course fees paid. You will be notified by phone or email if this is the case, at which time you may receive a full refund.
 

4. Payments

We accept payment via online payment or electronic payment. Please contact us or the respective contact person listed for each learning experience to pay with our electronic payment option.
 

5. Attendance

We seek to provide a positive and valuable learning experience for each attendee. Therefore we expect you to uphold the same standards that we hold ourselves to - be respectful, positive and ready to participate. We reserve the right to ask any attendee who is not upholding these standards to leave the course. 

Electronic recordings of the learning experience by you is not permitted without prior written consent from a JungleGym representative.  


6. If you sign up for a service

When you sign up for any of our services – paid or otherwise – we will record specific personal information about you, such as your name and email address.

We will also collect and store information about your use of our services so as to improve them. For example, we keep a log of what features are being used at any time.

We also log account and transaction history for accounting purposes, and to monitor our business activities.

Our storage of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy. 
 

7. Emails

We may send you email notifications regarding your service (such as invoices) or others (such as newsletters or notifications when a course is starting). You have the ability to opt out of any of this communication at any time.

We will hold information according to our privacy policy.
